Desi Koleva
Desi is the founder and managing director of Adapt Accountancy and Bookkeeping. Desi has an extensive and highly accomplished background in finances, with over 10years experience overseeing the budgeting and spending of the research and development of Intellectual property at NHS. In 2001, she founded “Desi Secretarial Service”, due to the expansion and diversion of the company, the name was later changed to Adapt Accountancy and Bookkeeping. She has substantial expertise and experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping and Business developments, not only in the UK but also most European country and the mid east. And she is a certified accountant.

Vesi
Vesi joined Adapt Accountancy in 2005. Her broad commercial and account handling experience, combined with the understanding of a company's needs, ensures outstanding personal service for all our clients. A high level of customer focus and attention to detail are just two of the many values that Vesi brings to our organization. Vesi enjoys assisting clients with their day-to-day finance, accounting and general business questions so that they can optimize the growth of their business. Her organizational abilities are an asset to ADAPT Accountancy and Bookkeeping and its clients, and have made her an invaluable resource.

Sanjeeta Dhap
Sanjeeta joined Adapt Accountancy and Bookkeeping in 2010 and she is one of the qualified full time accountants here at Adapt. Sanjeeta graduated form Coventry University with an honours degree in Accounting and Finance in 2009. Until recently, Sanjeeta was the Administrator and Bookkeeper at RCCG Victory Centre.

Sanjay
Sanjay Joined Adapt Accountancy in 2009 with 2 years experience in Accounting and Financial. Prior to Adapt Accountancy Sanjay was worked for a private practice Accounting in Birmingham, and he is a part qualified ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and has a BA (Hons) Degree from University of Leicester.

Walter
Walter is a Social and Marketing Assistant here at Adapt accountancy. Prior to Adapt Accountancy, Walter worked at Akins research group, assistant with all the marketing activities of company. Walter completed his first degree in International Business Management & studies and has an MSc degree in Marketing at University of Birmingham. Before that was the Assistant sales and account assistant manager at Labsilver Ltd.
